On The Pitch

Club statement

The club can confirm that they have held further talks this morning with the Leader of Hull City Council, Steve Brady, and East Hull MP, Karl Turner, with reference to the North Stand development in light of the news of further delays in the start date for building works to commence.

There was plenty of positive dialogue and talks will remain ongoing between the club and the council in the immediate future with the aim being to move matters on as quickly as possible.

The club remain committed to developing Craven Park in the long-term but until there are some definitives in place with a start date for the North Stand, all viable options will be actively explored.

Fans can be assured we share their frustrations and any decisions that are made will be in full consultation with them and in the best interests of the long term sustainability of the club.
