‘Playing the Joker’ coming to Hull
Playing the Joker’ is a brand new smash hit rugby league play and it’s coming to the KC Lightstream Stadium on Friday May 9th.
Written by award-winning author and Sunday Mirror sports journalist, Anthony Clavane, it’s a play about legendary commentator Eddie Waring’s attempt to give rugby league a national profile. Through song, dance, jokes and gripping drama, it follows a young rugby league fan’s quest to meet Eddie and put some home truths to his hero.
Tickets are priced at just £10 each and are available on the door. The curtain will go up at 7:30pm in the North Stand restaurant with doors opening at 7pm.
