Fletch shares stories at latest heritage event
Hull Kingston Rovers legend Paul Fletcher will be the guest of honour at the club’s latest heritage event at KCOM Craven Park next week.
Following the sad death of former Robins chairman Max Gold, the club’s Heritage Committee has rearranged the events calendar for the coming months with An Evening with Paul Fletcher now pencilled in the Legends Lounge on Wednesday, 31st May.
It will see “Fletch” share his stories and answer questions on his 17 years with the club, during which the back rower racked up 464 appearances and scored exactly 100 tries. Fletcher was voted into the club’s Greatest Ever 13 back in 2012.
The event will start at 7pm on the night and takes place in the Legends Lounge in the MLS Group Colin Hutton Stand at KCOM Craven Park. The bar will be open serving refreshments. For more information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Having previously been scheduled to appear alongside Max at this month’s event, former Rovers player Keith Pollard and ex-Rovers Supporters Group chairman Bryan Leason will now be part of September’s heritage event.
The events are held on the last Wednesday of every month and are free to attend.
