Delay in “Donate a Brick” project

Supporters who purchased a piece of Rovers history as part of the club’s new “Donate a Brick” project are advised there has been a delay in the first batch of bricks which were due to arrive in September.

The project was launched earlier this season to mark the club’s 135th anniversary, with Rovers and the Hull KR Community Trust teaming up to give supporters the chance to literally etch their name into history at KCOM Craven Park.

Celebrating the club’s unique history and heritage, plus now marking what turned out to be a promotion-winning season, the brand new “Hull KR Wall” will have a permanent home outside the floc Roger Millward Stand and hundreds of supporters have already ordered a brick as part of the first batch of the design.

Unfortunately, the club’s initial order of bricks from our supplier failed their stringent quality control tests and have therefore been reordered, causing a temporary delay in the project. It is anticipated the bricks will now be in situ by the end of October.

In the meantime, the second batch of bricks are now on sale on a strictly first come, first served basis:

• Clay Brick – £59, limited to 100
• White Brick with Red Text – £79
• Red Brick with White Text – £85
• Premium Granite Brick – £249

Supporters can “Donate a Brick” now by visiting www.hullkrwall.co.uk and placing their order.

Please note that to ensure the accuracy of engraving, no telephone orders can be taken at the Rovers Retail store for this product. The final design of the wall will be determined by the number of brick donations.
