Membership collection – 9am Monday 14th January
With the on-going closure of the stadium until further notice, production of 2019 membership cards has been moved off-site and is nearing completion!
2019 members can collect their pack for the new season, bursting with free gifts and rewards, from 9am Monday 14th January at our Savile Street, City Centre Store ONLY.
Please note, to ease congestion in the stadium store at our opening Super League game against Hull FC on February 1st, collections will NOT be available on the night of the game. Out of town supporters, or those who cannot collect theirs prior to the game, can email their membership number and current address to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll post their packs out.
As in previous seasons, supporters who lose or forget their membership card on game day, will be subject to a £3 admin fee to exchange to a paper ticket.
Supporters who have applied for a Concession, Disabled or are aged 21 and under will be required to bring photo ID or proof of status when collecting their memberships. For the first time, membership cards have been colour coded by category to reduce misuse and fraud by a small minority of ‘supporters’. Anyone who attempts to enter the stadium with the incorrect category of membership will have their card confiscated and no refund will be issued. Please check you card carefully prior to the first game and ensure you enter with the correct card on game day.
If 2019 members wish to donate their card to a friend or family member in a different price category, they can pay a upgrade and admin fee prior to game day.

Please note – the stadium remains closed including the KCOM Craven Park Fan Experience Zone until further notice.
