Unreal rewards for unreal members 

The scheme designed to reward members with once in a lifetime experiences is still planned for 2021. As soon as we can deliver the prizes without restrictions, or in a covid-19 secure way, we will announce further details.

Retail discount 

In October the club outlined plans to offer members 10% off everything in store from January 1st. The initiative was announced in good faith; however, Government Guidance has subsequently closed our retail store, so the offer has not been available to you.

Unfortunately, there is no way offering this discount online without it been open to wide abuse, and we are keen this is retained as an extra special benefit for those who have stuck by us.

Subsequently, the benefit will be replaced with a one-time use, £10 off voucher to be used online at*.

The average spend per head of a member in store is £46 per year, using the 10% off scheme, on average members would have saved £4.60 over the season. As a gesture of goodwill, and to say an extra big thank you for everything, we have therefore increased the voucher amount to £10.

To receive the voucher, you must have opted into club emails – if you think you have previously unsubscribed please opt back in here to receive future member emails.

Members who share email address will only receive one code – to reduce clutter in your inbox our system automatically removes any duplicates from email broadcasts – the format of the codes is 2021MEMBER + your 2020 membership number (found on the back of your 2020 membership card).

Please write the code in CAPITAL LETTERS and do NOT use any spaces. I.e. 2021MEMBER12345.

If you haven’t received the code and you don’t know your 2020 membership number, please email your details to so we can manually send you the your code (please allow up to 5 working days for your request to be fulfilled).

* One code per order, minimum spend £15, expires March 12th. 

Priority on entry

The club are committed to ensuring those members who have renewed for 2021 are the first back into the stadium when the doors reopen. Membership sales will initially be capped at 5,000 to give members the best possible chance to be able to attend games during any reduced stadium capacity. Sales beyond this point will only be made available when we have greater clarity on when we will be able to accommodate more supporters.

Other benefits

The club remain committed to delivering all the usual benefits, plus more as soon as it is safe to do so or Government Guidance allows us to do so.
