The Boogie Bounce Xtreme programme is FAB, FUN, FUNKY AND FAT BURNING. It is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping inspiring music which includes an extremely effective cardio section and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section too! Every muscle in the body is worked. Even the facial muscles!
Boogie Bounce uses High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section. Anyone and everyone can do this at their own pace whilst gaining the impressive health results that are normally associated with high impact aerobic classes.
Boogie Bounce classes take place at Hull College Craven Park during the following times:
Wednesdays – 7pm-8pm
Thursdays – 10am-11am
Boogie Bounce Kidz is our unique trampoline fitness programme aimed at children and young people of all ages. There is something magical about bouncing on trampolines for children and they want to bounce, bounce, bounce all day long to fun funky music.
Wednesday’s 6:15-7pm, £3.50 per session.
