Tom Clough

Head of Athletic Performance

Tom joined Hull Kingston Rovers for the start of the 2015 season and as the club’s Head of Athletic Performance, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the first team squad’s training, logistics, scheduling and long-term development.

A former Leeds Metropolitan University student who was once on the books at Huddersfield Giants before suffering a serious injury, he transferred into a strength and conditioning career and previously worked with the England Academy and Youth squads.

Other experience came via a support capacity to the touring Australia side in the 2004 Tri Nations as well as a spell working overseas with athletes from a variety of sports in the USA before returning to his hometown to take up a role at Bradford Bulls.

Following his move to KCOM Craven Park, Tom is now one of the senior personnel in the rugby department along with head coach Tim Sheens.
