Are you match ready?
We are excited to open the doors of Hull College Craven Park again to all supporters. Since we were last all together in March 2020 a number of operational changes have been made to the stadium to improve service, and help keep our supporters and staff safe. Here’s everything you need to know about coming home…
2021 members need to download their membership to their phone ahead of game day (if you haven’t already). Memberships are now issued digitally only. Since the move digital ticketing thousands of members have successfully added their membership to their smart phone wallet or screenshot their barcode to use at games. Not sorted it yet? Please read our handy guide. If you cannot access your membership please get in touch with any queries by Wednesday 28th July via firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you prior to gameday. If you cannot access your membership please do not set up a new online account – please contact us instead.
Members are back to their usual stands / seats – and do not need to apply for tickets to games.
Tickets are on sale now and are available ONLINE ONLY at hullkr.co.uk/tickets. The change will reduce the number of journeys to our store and reduce the number of touch points and cross contamination on gameday. Additionally it means we can quickly and easily contact supporters should any operational game details change, or automatically issue refunds if for whatever reason the game doesn’t go ahead.
Tickets will be limited to a 8,000 capacity for one game only whilst supporters get comfortable back in a crowded environment so you are advised to buy tickets soon to secure your place. Tickets are also £2 cheaper when bought up to 24 hours before kick-off.
Fans are reminded that Hull College Craven Park is now cashless, and all bars will now be card only. Contactless is available at all till points.
Our standard Fan Experience Zone opening hours are Thursday / Friday’s 10am – 4pm and Saturday’s 9am – 5pm + game days. We will be open from 1pm on Monday for all your retail needs.
Whilst restrictions have lifted, a number of advisory measures will still be in place to help keep supporters, staff and players safe. Find out more here.
BAR CLOSURES / INFO
Due to the on-going bubble protection of the players and coaching staff to help protect our ability to fulfil the fixture list. The Robins Nest will not be open for upcoming games. The area is ‘red zoned’ as part of covid protocols and will be used to accommodate away teams. Additionally, for the Catalans game only, the Harry Poole bar will open just one hour before kick-off. This is because the area will be used as a holding area for the Catalans team upon their arrival from the airport. The Legends Lounge will be open as usual. Roger Millward Stand hospitality guests will be informed of their entrance point by the commercial team.Back To Latest News +
