30 Years of Craven Park official 2020 Warm-up tee revealed!
A reflection of the last 30 years – and a nod to the next 30.
Hull Kingston Rovers can unveil the club’s new official 2020 warm-up tee, supplied by Oxen, commemorating the special anniversary of Craven Park.
Based on the first jersey worn at the stadium, which was opened in September 1989, the t-shirt honours the names of every single player that has featured on the hallow Craven Park turf.
From Jordan Abdull, who returns to Rovers in 2020 following a loan spell in 2017, to KR stalwart Paul Fletcher; to eight-times Grand Final winner Danny McGuire and club-record appearance maker Mike Smith, the t-shirt is emblazoned with famous names from across the years.
And throughout the forthcoming campaign, Tony Smith’s side will wear the t-shirt before every Betfred Super League and Coral Challenge Cup clash in 2020.
Whilst the tee remembers our past, we are also looking ahead to our future with highly-rated youngster Mikey Lewis modelling the jersey. Mikey has the unique honour of being the only player to feature on the tee who hasn’t yet played at Hull College Craven Park, with hopes high that the half-back will have a big say in the next chapter of the club’s history.
Limited to just 300 in stock, the tee – sponsored by FTP Electrical – is priced at £35 and is available now at hullkr.co.uk/30years and the Fan Experience Zone at Hull College Craven Park from 9am Monday morning.Back To Latest News +
