Biography
A graduate of the Rovers Academy system, Welham established himself as a first team regular last season and contributed 13 tries as he took the Young Player of the Year Award. Still only 21, Welham is constantly improving and will be targeting another consistently good campaign which may just throw him into international contention come the end of the year.
