The Junior Robins were formed over 11 years ago and are still thriving today. The committee strives to improve member benefits all the time and over the seasons have organised a host of excellent offers for members including reduced season pass deals, half-price admission for mums and a variety of affordable events and day trips for the members and their families.

The Junior Robins are not a youth club that you have to attend every week and we are not a rugby club. We are just a community group that all Junior supporters can belong to. We are open for all Hull Kingston Rovers supporters from birth to 16 years of age and our aim is for EVERY Junior Rovers supporter to be a member so that they can enjoy the many benefits we give and also to help Hull Kingston Rovers with their support.

In July 2002 Mark Simmons took over from Andrea Coupland as chairman and it is thanks greatly to the work and efforts of Mark that the Junior Robins has become as successful as it is today.

Mark’s sudden passing at the end of October 2004 shocked everyone connected with Hull Kingston Rovers but his positive and infectious enthusiasm had already rubbed off onto several close friends who have now taken on-board the task of ensuring that the Junior Robins continue to go from strength to strength.

Such was the level of Mark’s commitment to the Junior Robins that his role could not be filled by just one person and the decision has been made to create a small committee to oversee the running and future progression of the community group. We are an independent set up that runs along side the club with promotions, offers and advertising.
