HOW TO ORDER

Making a purchase online could not be easier. Just browse through the Merchandise Pages, change the relevant size/colour to meet your requirements and click "add to basket" to put the item into the shopping basket.

After you have finished your shopping, click on "View Basket" to go back to your order. You will be asked for a few details that are required to complete the order. Click on "Send Order Now" and then select your shipping destination before pressing "Confirm Order". You will be issued with an order number, please make a note of this for reference.

PRICES

All prices shown on this website are in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP/UKP) and include VAT. If you are ordering from overseas then a multi-currency converter from Xenon Laboratories is available on the main merchandise page as a guideline to the overall cost. We recommend that, if you are not in a GBP zone and are not familiar with the exchange rates to your currency that you float it with you to convert prices on the page.

POSTAGE AND PACKING

Postage and Packing charges are currently set to a fixed fee per item for each shipping destination. The cost of shipping is added onto your total when you complete an order.

The Postage and Packing rates are: UK - £3.00. Europe (EU) - £4.50. USA - £6.00. Rest of World - £6.50.

Please allow 28 days for delivery of your order. You will be notified immediatly if we envisage any delays in despatching your order.

We do not charge for any item(s) until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

PAYMENT AND CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

All charges are made in Pounds Sterling (GBP) but will appear on your credit or debit card statement in your local currency. Please remember that fluctuations in exchange rates may affect the final amount you are charged.

Payment can be made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. Payments are made in the store using a secure server.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Verisign The Hull Kingston Rovers Online Store is hosted on a Secure Server with a Verisign Digital ID. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software that is used on our Secure Server using RC4 40 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they are downloaded to our computer for processing and are not held in clear text on any web site.

Hull Kingston Rovers do not disclose buyers information to third parties. The ordering section does use Cookies but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.

Please note that you will only access the Secure Server once you add something to the basket, you will remain on the Secure Server until you complete your order.

AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by e-mail and we will back order the product for you. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may obtain an exchange or refund. Please return the goods in question to the address below ('Contacting Us'), although any cost in doing so is the responsibility of the customer. Please enclose your receipt as proof of purchase. All goods must be returned in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods have been damaged or tampered with. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt or the club should be notified of the return by emailing: info@hullkr.co.uk.
