Having previously been the club’s Head of Retail, Sue moved into the role of Football/Player Welfare Manager in November 2013.
As an integral member of the Football Department, Sue works closely with the coaching staff and players on a daily basis to ensure that they have everything they need from an administrative and welfare perspective.
That can encompass anything from helping new players and their families to find accommodation in the area, through to organising for players to further their off the field education on college or university courses.
Sue also oversees logistics for the first team squad and works closely with the RFL on player welfare and contracts.
