Matchday entertainment plans announced

The club are excited to announce more pre and post-match entertainment plans for Sunday's clash against the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats…

Before the game…

After receiving some excellent feedback on Sunday from North Stand ticket holders, including away supporters, we will once again be treated to live music in the North Stand concourse from 'The Happy Endings' who will be playing from 1:30pm up until the big kick off.

Family Zone

If you have a ticket for the North Stand Family Zone make sure you arrive early to get your face painted for FREE. Club mascot Rufus the Robin will handing out FREE gifts to all young supporters from 2pm so make sure you come and say hello to our feathered friend!

As ever in the run up to kick-off, the East Stand bar will be open as will the Robins Nest and Harry Poole bar which will have player appearances.

Around the stadium a new sound system will be used again to pump out tunes from the best bands on the regional music scene as a commitment to the local community and our 'cultural angle' status.

Inside the stadium the Hull KR Dance Team are back to perform both pre-match and half time. We'll also be having all the usual pre-match build up on the pitch with our pitchside announcer Neil Rudd, plus we'll be giving someone the chance to win £50 in our half-time 'catch the bomb' competition.

Atmosphere

We hope you can help us create a fantastic matchday atmosphere and we are once again going to trial ending the pre-match entertainment and switching off the PA system 10 minutes before kick-off to allow you, the fans, to generate a wall of noise for the players to run out to. When the referee blows the whistle in the tunnel to indicate to the players that they have one minute left before they have to be out on the pitch, we will begin playing the traditional version of 'Red, Red Robin' for everyone to join in with right up until kick-off.

After the game…

Post-match all supporters can head to the North Stand concourse to enjoy a post-match drink and listen to more live music from The Happy Endings whilst post-match interviews will take place in the Harry Poole bar as usual, and the Rovers 200 restaurant (access restricted to Rovers 200 Members).

Mother's day hospitality from £20…

Looking to spoil your mum this Mother’s Day? If so, and she’s a red and white, then why not treat her to a matchday she will never forget in the Rovers 200 restaurant.

The Rovers 200 package is our most relaxing and informal hospitality experience and you can upgrade your Season Membership or matchday ticket for just £20. Enjoy the perfect matchday experience with a choice of ‘gastro pub’ dishes, pre-match entertainment, interviews with Rovers’ players and legends, plus much more.

Post-match entertainment will include interviews with the Man of the Match and Head Coach, ensuring a fantastic finish to the matchday experience for all fans.
