Our role is to inspire people through sport and physical activity and to deliver real and lasting benefits in terms of education, health and wellbeing. We achieve this by working in schools, community clubs and communities across Hull and beyond. The Trust is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee with its own Board of Directors. We are a not for profit organisation and we are able to deliver the work we do due to the support of funders or through donations.
Our current funders:
Sky Try – which is a seven year programme that will support and develop grassroots participation of rugby league across the UK. More information can be found here: www.skytry.org
Active Humber – Active Humber fund our female rugby and college rugby projects under the #unitedbyrl initiative and we deliver this in partnership with Hull FC Foundation, the University of Hull and the City of Hull Academy.
The Big Lottery Fund – We have recently been awarded funding through Awards for All to deliver Food For Thought.
Royal British Legion – We are proud to receive funding from the RBL for our Learn with the Robins project supporting ex service personnel into employment.
Efficiency North – Funding received to support our Learn with the Robins project supporting anyone who is unemployed aged 16 plus back into work.
EN:Able Community Investment Fund – Wsing funding from Efficiency North, Dance Together will link into the City of Culture bringing schools, communities and fans together to perform routines at games and in the community.
Rovers West Hull Supporters Group – We gratefully receive funds from the group, now part of the Rovers Supporters Group (RSG) to support our rugby projects which help to develop talent pathways for young players.
