Two new sessions added to Get Fit with the Robins
The Hull KR Community Trust has added two extra sessions to the popular Get Fit with the Robins classes, aimed at helping men aged 20 to 65 who are looking to lose weight.
The FREE 12-week beginners weight loss programme will run alongside the current Get Fit sessions held at KCOM Craven Park on a Tuesday evening, and will also offer an additional session on a Thursday evening.
Sessions will include boot camp style circuits, touch rugby and utilising the stadium steps.
All we ask is for your full commitment to this 12-week programme and to attempt to lose 5% of your weight during this time.
