Food For Thought
Are you aged over 16 and want help and support with getting fitter and feeling healthier? Well, let us introduce you to Food For Thought!
Previously known as Get Fit with the Robins, Food For Thought is run by the Hull KR Community Trust and offers free fitness classes three times a week to help people to become more active.
Beginners classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm to 6.30pm, with intermediate classes then running from 6.45pm to 8pm.
A mixed class for all abilities runs every Saturday lunchtime from 12 noon to 1pm.
The Food For Thought project was recently awarded £50,000 of National Lottery funding.
