360 Accountants increase support after moving in with Robins

Club partner 360 Accountants will increase their sponsorship of Hull Kingston Rovers in 2017 after moving into a new office at the Lightstream Stadium.

The local firm was the first to contact the club’s commercial team on the day of the Million Pound Game to commit their support to the Robins in the Kingstone Press Championship and will become heavily involved next season in a variety of areas.

A long-standing backer of grassroots sport in the city, the business will work alongside the club and Trust on community ticketing initiatives throughout the year as well as continuing to sponsor the 360 Accountants Vice Presidents Suite, the prestigious matchday lounge.

A blossoming relationship with Hull KR will further be strengthened by sharing a new home with the club. 360 Accountants recently opened a new office at the stadium, their third in the city, to offer an improved service to the company’s clients in east Hull.

Joe Clutterbrook, the club’s Head of Commercial, said: “360 Accountants have become an important sponsor in recent years and got in touch a few hours after we were relegated to say they would continue to get behind us in the Kingstone Press Championship, even increasing their commitment to the club.

“It’s that level of support that makes a huge difference behind the scenes and we are grateful to the team at 360 Accountants for their loyalty. They are an excellent company to work with and I’ve no doubt our partnership will continue to grow now that they have opened an office here in the Colin Hutton Stand at the stadium.”

Andy Steele, managing director of 360 Accountants, said: “A few of us were at the Salford game and we were all touched by how emotional and upset everyone was. I’ve been actively following local sport for many years now and I’d never experienced anything like it.

“The board made a decision there and then to do everything we could to help and the club has bundled a package together that we’re really happy with. It makes complete business sense to align our company with such a powerful and respected brand but also helps us tick a number of our corporate social responsibility boxes.

“The city, and sport, needs two Hull teams in Super League and we’re confident this will be a reality in the near future.”

360 Accountants is an East Yorkshire-based firm established in Melton six years ago. Since then, the business has experienced rapid growth, thanks largely to word of mouth referrals and by offering products and services other accountants don’t, and last year moved into new headquarters in Hull city centre.

Now, with business continuing to boom, and with the launch of the new 360 Mentor programme, which supports and advises on business growth and strategies, the accountancy firm has invested in new premises at the Lightstream Stadium to ensure clients and potential customers to the east of Hull have a more convenient base.
