Supporters invited to “Flash” Flanagan event

An event to celebrate the life of club legend Peter “Flash” Flanagan will take place at KCOM Craven Park later this month, with supporters welcome to attend.

As part of the celebration in the Robins Nest from 7pm on Thursday, 30th November, the club and the Hull KR Community Trust will be unveiling a plaque to commemorate Flash’s life and revealing details of a new crowd funder established in conjunction with Flash’s family to complete a statue of the iconic hooker.

Those attending on the night will also be given an exclusive preview of a new heritage shirt from Rovers Retail, with proceeds from the sale of the shirt set to be donated to the Flash Flanagan fund.

There is no need to book a place, anybody interested in attending will be able to turn up on the night.
