Salary: £18500 p.a. pro rata for 22.5 hours
Location: Hull, East Yorkshire
Type of contract: Full time fixed term for 12 months (may be extended dependent on funding)

Hull Kingston Rovers Community Trust have an exciting job opportunity for a Community Development Worker – Employability.

The Community Development Worker will initially be responsible for setting up and delivering a programme of information, advice and guidance to beneficiaries who are currently unemployed.

Based at KCOM Craven Park, you will provide practical support and help to provide routeways into employment. 

You will need a professional approach as you will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service. You will need to have excellent organisational skills as well as being creative and innovative. This will be a demanding yet rewarding role and therefore the ability to work calmly under pressure is required. Experience of delivering employability/back to work schemes and working with a diverse range of people is essential.

This role is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
