BIG MATCH PREVIEW: HULL KR VS. BRADFORD BULLS
Friday 23rd July 2010
The Form Book
Rovers and the Bulls both go into the game on the back of defeats last time out but their longer term form couldn't be much more contrasting. Bradford are staring down the barrel of a club record tenth successive defeat, whilst Justin Morgan's men will aiming for a sixth straight home win.
Before last week's dramatic reversal at the KC Stadium, KR were enjoying their best spell of the season, with a memorable 25-6 win over Leeds Rhinos the culmination of a five game unbeaten run.
Ben Galea, Ben Fisher, Peter Fox and Ben Cockayne were the try scoring heroes that night, with Fox having now claimed three touchdowns in his last three games.
Team News
Liam Colbon's return to full fitness has come at the perfect time for the Robins with Jake Webster (hip), Michael Ratu and Kris Welham (both shoulder) unavailable through injury and Ben Cockayne serving the first match of a two-game ban he was dealt by the RFL on Tuesday for fighting in the Hull derby.
Skipper Mick Vella missed the derby with a rib injury but has been named in the 19-man squad, as has Academy product Frankie Mariano. For the full squad click HERE.

Acting Head Coach Lee St Hilaire has named his 19 man squad for tonight's game, and with Paul Sykes suspended and Matt Orford, Nick Scruton and James Donaldson still unavailable, St Hilaire has named the same squad as for last week's game against Salford.
Dave Halley, who was omitted last week because of a family bereavement, will come back into consideration.
Previous Meetings
The red and whites were second best earlier in the season, with only a Cockayne try to show for their efforts as Bradford romped to a 40-4 success.
Michael Dobson dramatically secured a point for Rovers at the Grattan Stadium on the opening day of engage Super League XIV, slotting over a one-pointer to go with his two field goals and a brace of tries from Peter Fox.
In the return fixture in East Yorkshire it was far smoother for the KR, as Liam Colbon and Kris Welham both crossed for two tries apiece on the way to a 32-12 success.
Those results were an upturn in fortune for Justin Morgan's men against the West Yorkshire club, after back-to-back defeats in two of the three meetings between the sides in 2008. The Bulls ran in more than 40 points in both victories but Rovers had earlier in the year claimed a 20-18 win.
