To subscribe to the RED Alert Text Message Service you will need to TEXT ‘RED' 81456. This will register your mobile number to start receiving latest news content directly from Hull Kingston Rovers Superleague Football Club.
Text messages to this number will cost 3.50p per message plus your standard network message charge. This is a one off monthly cost that subscribes your mobile number to the Hull Kingston Rovers RED Alert Text Message Services. Each month you will receive a text from RED Alert re-subscribing you to the service for a further month unless you text ‘RED STOP' to 81456.
Network charges vary depending on your network and call plan - if you are unsure please contact your network.

If you text ‘RED STOP' to 81456 to stop receiving messages with immediate effect and you still have some time remaining on your subscription, you will not be refunded any pro-rata amount for the unused period. To subscribe to the HULLKR Online TV Service you will need to TEXT ‘TV' 81456. This will register your mobile number to the service and will return a subscription code to your mobile handset - this subscription code should be entered into the HULLKR.TV login box for unlimited access.

This is a monthly cost that subscribes your mobile number to the HullKR.TV online TV Channel available from www.hullkr,tv. Each month you will receive a text from HUllKR.TV re-subscribing you to the service for a further month unless you text ‘TV STOP' to 81456.
Upon sending a text message to 81456 keyword ‘TV' you will receive an access code that allows you to access unlimited content at www.hullkr.tv for a period of one month.

Data Protection and Publicity
1. The One point Limited (and Hull Kingston Rovers) may exercise its sole discretion to use subscription data for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
2. Information, data and the caller line identity ("personal data") which is provided by subscribers might be used for customer care purposes such as refunds or communications relating to a service e.g. to notify a winner. Subscriber personal data may also be passed to their mobile phone network or to relevant regulatory bodies including PhonePayPlus, the police or other authorities in the course of the investigation of any complaints or suspected unlawful activity or where requested by the phone provider in connection with the billing arrangements for the service. Aggregate, non personal data may also be used for the purpose of undertaking market research or in facilitating reviews, developments and improvements to relevant services.
3. Any personal data will only otherwise be used in accordance with The One Point's privacy policy which can be viewed at http://www.theonepoint.co.uk/privacy-policy.
Liability
4. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit The One Point liability for death or personal injury caused by their staff or supplier's negligence or for fraud. Subject to this, The One Point cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any subscribers entering the subscription. The One Point is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to subscriber's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the subscription.
5. The One Point cannot promise that the services relating to the subscription will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. These services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons reasonably beyond the control of The One Point. The One Point will not be liable in the event that all or any part of the service relating to the subscription is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
Standard terms
6. In the event that any subscriber does not, or is unable to, comply with and meet these terms and conditions and the subscription information, The One Point shall be entitled at its sole discretion to disqualify such subscriber, without any further liability to such subscriber. Any subscriber must comply with any directions given to him or her by The One Point including but not limited to any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations, and where applicable, compliance with the Ofcom Broadcasting Code and PhonePayPlus Code of Practice.
7. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
8. Please note that customer service calls may be recorded to ensure that subscription are being received, for staff training and quality control purposes.
